    Girlfriend and Sister’s Week

    Sister

    Life is too short to

    wake up with

    regrets..

    So love the people who

    treat you right.

    Love the ones who

    don’t just because you

    can..

    Believe everything

    happens for a reason.

    If you get a second

    chance , grab it with

    both hands.

If it changes your life ,

    let it.

    Kiss slowly.

    Forgive quickly.

    God never said life

    would be easy.

    He just promised it

    would be worth it.

    You are loved.

    Happy Sister’s Day!

    Girlfriend and Sister’s Week

    I am only as

    strong as the coffee

    I drink ,

    the hair spray I use

    and

    the friends I have.

    To the cool women

    that have

    touched my life.

    Here’s to you!

    National Girlfriends Day

    What would most of

    us do without our

    sisters , confidants

    and shopping ,

    lunching , and

    traveling girls?

    Let’s celebrate each

    other for each other’s

    sake!

    TO MY

    GIRLFRIENDS!

    What life?

What is life? Some people might say life sucks
or life is full of shit
While other people say life is beautiful
or life is full of surprises
I must say, I agree with all those
Life is whatever you think of it..and everything you think of it
Life is what you make it of it and what you say of it.

    Life is about sadness
    Life is about happiness
    Life is about pain
    Life is miserable
    Life is about loss
    Life is about smiling
    Life is about crying
    Life is about love
    Life is about laughter
Life is about learning from your mistakes
    Life is horrible
    Life is dumb
    Life is awesome
    Life is depression
    Life is tears
    Life is sorrow
    Life is anxiety
    Life is Bullshit
    Life stinks
    Life sucks
I could go on and on and tell you all about life
But I’m not here to sort this out for you
    because….
Life is all about you and how you treat it
You criticizes it…well, you’re actually criticizing yourself
You like it, you hate it..well, its all up to you
Life is you so be careful how you describe it

    Feeling

    How did this miracle happen
    That we’re so very blessed,
    So close…and more contented,
Than I ever would have guessed.

    I never thought that I
    Could spend each precious minute
    With just one special person
    And find happiness within it.

I’ve learned so much from you
    About loving, sharing, giving;
    I know if I hadn’t met you,
    I wouldn’t be really living.

    We’re facing life together;
    We’re handling joy and sorrow;
I’m glad you’re on my side,
    Whatever comes tomorrow.

    You’re my perfect partner,
    Sweet lover, trusted friend.
    We’re safe within our love,
A love that will never end.

    Until I Met You
    Before I met you,
    I thought I was happy,
    and I was,
    but I had never known
    the rich contentment,
    deep satisfaction,
    and total fulfillment
    you brought to me
when you came into my life.
    Before I met you,
I felt a lot of things,
    good things,
    but I had never experienced
    the indescribably intense
    feelings I have for you.

    Before I met you,
    I thought I knew myself,
    and I did,
but you looked deep inside me
    and found fresh new things
    for us to share.

    Before I met you,
I thought I knew about love,
    but I didn’t,
    until I met yo
    u.

    valentine poems Day!

    Valentine Smile

On Valentine’s Day we think of those
    Who make our lives worthwhile,
    Those gracious, friendly people who
We think of with a smile. I am fortunate to know you,
That’s why I want to say,
To a rare and special person:
    Happy Valentine’s Day!

    Valentine Treasures

    Valentine treasures are people who
    have often crossed your mind,
    family, friends and others, too,
who in your life have shined
the warmth of love or a spark of light
    that makes you remember them;
no matter how long since you’ve actually met,
each one is a luminous gem
who gleams and glows in your memory,
    bringing special pleasures,
and that’s why this Valentine comes to you:
You’re one of those sparkling treasures!

    Special People

On Valentine’s Day, we think of people
who have cheered and encouraged us,
who go out of their way
    to be kind and caring,
    who have enriched our lives
    just by being themselves.
    You are such a person.
I’m so happy you’re my dear friend
    Happy Valentine’s Day!

    Love our Kidney

“Love our kidney”. Today i like to share a little about how important kidney work and symptoms  warn to us . For many people knowledge kidney is the function such as reservoir for urine to stay.

What happen if you had this few symptoms such as :-Changes of Urination, swelling for your ankles, leg, feet, hand or face.Fatigued, skin rash/itchiness,nausea and vomiting and feeling cold.

Than with the above you must do a full medical check up before it to late. What we can do is ask your doctor to do kidney test, anemia, diebetes and advise for nutrition.

Anemia is shortage of red blood cells,it start with very early kidney failure and cause you feel tired, worn out and damage your heart. for diebetes you can get advise of control your blood sugar levels to “normal” range.

Nutrition get a dietition to provide low protein diet. And do more exercise.

    GO XI FA CAI

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival is one of the most important traditional Chinese holidays. It is often called the Lunar New Year. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first lunar month in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th,Chinese New Year’s Eve is known as Chúxī. It literally means “Year-pass Eve”.

Celebrated in areas with large populations of ethnic Chinese, Chinese New Year is considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the new year celebrations of its geographic neighbours, as well as cultures with whom the Chinese have had extensive interaction.  Chinese New Year is also celebrated, and has, to varying degrees, become part of the traditional culture of these countries. In western country, although Chinese New Year is not an official holiday, many ethnic Chinese hold large celebrations and  issues New Year’s themed stamps in domestic and international rates.

According to tales and legends, the beginning of Chinese New Year started with the fight against a mythical beast called the Nian or “Year” in Chinese. Nian would come on the first day of New Year to devour livestock, crops, and even villagers, especially children. To protect themselves, the villagers would put food in front of their doors at the beginning of every year.  It was believed that after the Nian ate the food they prepared, it wouldn’t attack any more people. One time, people saw that the Nian was scared away by a little child wearing red. The villagers then understood that the Nian was afraid of the color red. Hence, every time when the New Year was about to come, the villagers would hang red lanterns and red spring scrolls on windows and doors. People also used firecrackers to frighten away the Nian. From then on, the Nian never came to the village again. The Nian was eventually captured by Hongjunlaozu, an ancient Taoist monk. The Nian became Hongjunlaozu’s mount
